MARKETPLACE TERMS
Rules for claiming, buying, keeping, and using Layerheart marketplace content.
Marketplace role
Layerheart operates the marketplace as a facilitator: it hosts listings, review tools, checkout, delivery, Vault access, support workflows, and creator payout accounting. Creators keep ownership of their work and sell access to their content through Layerheart.
Layerheart may review, reject, hide, remove, or restrict listings for quality, policy, copyright, payment, safety, tax, fraud, legal, or operational reasons.
Free claims and paid purchases
Free marketplace content can be claimed into your Vault when available. Paid content is unlocked after Stripe confirms payment and Layerheart records the purchase. Access may take a short time if payment confirmation or webhook processing is delayed.
Buying or claiming content grants personal access to use that content in Layerheart and your own tabletop play. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to resell, redistribute, repackage, scrape, upload elsewhere, or use the content as training data.
Delivery and buyer access
Purchased or claimed content should remain available to the buyer through Vault and marketplace purchase records even if a creator later unpublishes a listing, closes their creator account, or stops selling. Layerheart may still revoke access where required by refund, chargeback, fraud, copyright claim, legal order, payment-provider decision, or serious policy issue.
If delivery fails after payment, contact info@layerforged.com. Layerheart may manually fulfill access, repair the purchase record, or refund the purchase under the refund policy.
Taxes and prices
Prices, taxes, currency conversion, and payment fees may be calculated by Stripe, Layerheart, or payment-provider tools. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate billing information when required.
Marketplace paid sales may remain limited during beta while Layerheart verifies tax, VAT, reporting, and payout workflows.
Content quality
Creator content is provided by the creator who published it. Layerheart reviews listings during beta, but does not guarantee that every stat block, pack, title, image, balance decision, or file will meet every buyer's expectations.
